Draft Response to Customer Complaint

If you want an attorney to draft your response and the complaint is 10 pages or less (with attachments), then this package is for you. This package includes:

• Up to 1-hour Initial Consult,
• Review of the customer's complaint up to 10 pages,
• Draft response to customer's complaint,
• Email with link to draft response,
• Review your red-line edits and comments to the draft until there's a final draft, and
• Up to 30 Minutes of Follow-up Consult.

Extended Draft Response to Customer Complaint
$100/page+ $2499

If the customer complaint exceeds 10 pages (with attachments) and you want to have an attorney draft your response, then this package is for you. This package includes the same services as the Response to Customer Complaint ($2499 value) and provides pricing based upon more pages. To calculate the cost of attorney time, count the #/pages of the complaint (including attachments) x $100/page + $2499 = Cost of Extended Draft Package. 

Review Response to Customer Complaint $749 

If you have a customer complaint that is less than 3 pages (with attachments) and you've drafted a response that is less than 3 pages (with attachments), then this package is for you and includes:

• Attorney review of your responses to the Questionnaire,
• Up to 30 Minute Initial Consult,
• Review of the customer's complaint up to 3 pages,
• Draft your draft response to customer's complaint up to 3 pages,
• Email with link to red-line edits and comments of legal review for your draft response, and
• Up to 30 Minutes of Follow-up Consult.

Extended Review of Response to Customer Complaint
$50/page + $749

If you have a complaint or response that exceeds 3 pages (with attachments), then this package is for you. This package includes the same services as the Review Response to Customer Complaint ($749 value) and provides pricing based upon more pages, which means more attorney time. To calculate the cost, count the #/pages of both the complaint and draft response (including attachments) x $50/page + $749 = Cost of Extended Review Package.
