Who You Choose to do Business With Matters
Due Diligence High Risk Vendors / Independent Contractors
Who you choose to do business with can have a significant impact on your business. If a business partner, executive, employee vendor or independent contractor is engaged in high risk activity, you might end up in the cross-hairs of a problem they created. Before engaging their services, do your due diligence. If you learn later of some high risk activity, then choose to act urgently . . . before it's too late.
Knowing WHO you are doing business with can help you identify RED FLAGS so you can make informed decisions.
Due Diligence has 3 Stages:
- Pre-Contracting
- Contracting
- Post-Contract
BIZLAWGIC offers services related to all 3 Stages of due diligence in forming contracts.
I. PRE-CONTRACTING STAGE
You simply provide a few details related to the individual and their business in a questionnaire, sign a limited scope legal services agreement and pay.
Then, BIZLAWGIC will compile a detailed report to assist you in deciding whether to do business with them and how to protect yourself moving forward.
Being pro-active BEFORE signing on the dotted line empowers you to make informed decisions and mitigate risks of doing business with the other party.
For only $500, the detailed report includes information related to:
-
1 Individual Name AND
